Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW)
This is a 7 week course on Saturday mornings, starting on Oct 6th at Paisley Central Hall.
TMW is a series of simple relaxing movements to bring you into a place of relaxation and aliveness.
The course is supported by practice notes and DVD's.
No experience is needed, and the course is suitable for all levels of fitness, age and ability.
