This is a Physiotherapist Led Pilates class.
This is held at the Physiotherapy Gym at Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH) Paisley. Every Tuesday at 0615-0715 PM.
Bookings have to be made prior to attending and are based on block. One block consists of 6 classes. Each class costs £8per class. so £48 per block has to be paid prior to commencing each block.

Pilates is a form of mind body exercise focusing on core strength, proper posture and movement patterns. It is a low impact exercise and helps to improve flexibility, muscle strength and endurance.
