Instructors are Disclosure Scotland PVG cleared, Fully Insured and First Aid trained, undergoing a structured Instructor Training programme prior to teaching at a club.

Our Instructor at Glasgow South Tae Kwon-Do is a 6th Degree Master with over 40 years of Martial Arts experience.

Tae Kwon-Do offers all Children and Young People increased self-confidence and fitness levels, improved concentration, focus, self-discipline and self-control. They will learn useful physical skills, both individually and working alongside others.

Adults can also benefit by practising Tae Kwon-Do, improving their overall fitness, flexibility, mobility and co-ordination.

We encourage family involvement and we have several parents who train alongside their kids in our classes – even a family of Black Belts!

Our classes include Traditional and Sports Martial Arts, Self Defence, Situational Awareness and Fitness.

Tae Kwon-Do can be a method of positively focusing excess energy or as an outlet for relieving the stresses and strains of everyday life.

Class Times & Locations
Our classes take place on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6.45pm to 7.45pm in the gym hall of the P.E block of Hutchesons’ Grammar School, Beaton Road, Glasgow G41 4NW.

We currently enrol students from 8 years of age and upwards.
Due to the interest in our classes from the parents of those younger than 8, we expect to begin a class for the 5 – 8 age group in the New Year.
