Do you want to feel more relaxed? Do you want to be calm? Do you want to be able to have a more peaceful mind? And do you want to not feel so vulnerable? Would you like to take control of your thoughts and emotions?
If yes, then my anxiety course might be a great fit for you.
Here is an overview of the course, so you have a clear idea of what we will be doing together:
First we will be looking at calming the system. I will explain what anxiety is and what stress is. I will give you exercises that will help you calm your body and your mind. Then we will look at external and internal factors that can be the source of your anxiety. And in finally we will explore resilience. I will define what resilience is and you will learn techniques that can increase your resilience.
By doing this course you will learn many things that can help you to feel calm and more in control of how you respond to your experience. I am confident that if you practise the exercises that I am teaching you in this course, implement them in your life and use them, you will feel more in control of your mind, and you will feel calmer and more relaxed.
This is an online interactive live course that will be held on two Saturdays on Zoom. The first part will be on Saturday 9th January and the second part will be on Saturday 16th January 2021. Both parts will be three hours long from 1pm until 4pm. You will have access to handouts and audio files via a web platform.
