If you have ever been frustrated by your clothes not fitting properly then alteration classes will help you achieve a perfect fit. After all nobody is a perfect size.
This class will concentrate on how to shorten a pair of trousers.
What to bring: The trousers you wish to alter and matching thread (no jeans or stretch fabric).
Skills: you need to be able to use a sewing machine and carry out basic hand stitching.
What you will learn:
Different hemming techniques. How to measure a hem accurately. Appropriate edge finishes.
