You can make this challenge personal to you and your fitness levels, complete the challenge in a week, or take the full month to walk and take in the scenic sights of your local area - do it YOUR way!

This year we turn 41 and as our big 40th plans were cancelled due to the pandemic we want to make this year's celebrations even more spectacular!
