About Mindful Crafting Workshop
Perfect for those looking to add creative coping tools to their health self management plans and also ideal for those working with individuals and groups who are looking for mindful crafting ideas for service users.
We will look at some of the potential barriers to creativity and how these can be removed. We will also enjoy a range of mindful crafting activities, which I will take you through step by step, to give you ideas for what works for you and what you can do for your own creative practice
Cost to participate is £20 and this includes all materials and refreshments.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CURRENT GUIDELINES THIS WORKSHOP IS LIMITED TO 6 SPACES
