Radical Paisley Heritage Walk

About Radical Paisley Heritage Walk

Once again we are participating in the Tannahill Arts Festival.

This year we are leading a new heritage walk looking at the lives and works of some of Paisley’s Radical Poets. Paisley is well known for it’s radical political history from the early 19th Century onwards.

The walk will start at ‘Seedhill’ beside the Hammils (outside of the offices of Langs Tannery) where Alexander Wilson, better known as the founder of American Ornithology, was born and continue through the town to finish at Tannahills Cottage looking at the life of Robert Tannahill.
