Habeas Corpus by Alan Bennett
Firmly set in the Permissive Society of the 1960s. This satirical farce is a rampant merry go round of mistaken identities, dropped trousers, false breasts and larger than life comic stereotypes.
Kilmacolm Dramatic Society is in the final rehearsals for their next production. Habeas Corpus by Alan Bennett will take to the stage 21, 22, & 23 April in Kidston Hall Kilmacolm.
Habeas Corpus has been labelled ‘a cheeky farce from a less enlightened age’. We will transport you back to the Swinging Sixties. Where the cast are all too ready to take advantage of the "Permissive Society" and take advantage of each other!
The play is a hilarious merry-go-round of mistaken identities, false breasts, dropped trousers and larger than life comic characters.
What better way to give your mental wellbeing a booster jab than to join us in a celebration of saucy, seaside postcard silliness.
