FITT, in partnership with the SPFL Trust, offers you the opportunity to get fitter, happier and healthier for FREE.
Proven to improve both your physical health and mental wellbeing, this programme is for men and women, aged 35 to 65, with a waist size of 38 inches or a belly size of at least 40 inches. All you need is a willingness to give it a go.
• Improve fitness, strength, and energy
• Learn practical, realistic tips for healthy eating
• Build confidence and motivation
• Be part of a supportive group on the same journey
• Take part in enjoyable, structured sessions led by trained coaches
Women's Sessions begin on Monday 16th February.
Men's Sessions begin on Wednesday 18th February.
