Love Your Body! This 8 week programme is designed to help challenge the beliefs and habits that prevent us from truly loving our bodies and ultimately ourselves.
About Love Your Body
Love Your Body! If the name of this course makes you want to run and hide…then this is the course for you! Maybe you feel you will only be able to say those words when you lose some weight or create some other change that will qualify such a bold statement?
This 8 week programme is designed to help challenge the beliefs and habits that prevent us from truly loving our bodies and ultimately ourselves. We will meet on Saturday mornings from 9am-11am, beginning Saturday 25th October.
Classes will include:
* Gentle Yoga (mindful movement)
* Up to date dietary information and health tips, offering a new way of looking at your relationship with food
* ’Blasting Beliefs’ course, encouraging a new relationship with your body
* Guided Meditation, especially designed for positive self image and promoting healthy habits
* Group Reiki Healing Experience with Holy Fire ®️ Reiki, supporting you to let go of unhelpful patterns and invite in the new
* Peer Support: a no pressure opportunity to share your own experiences and listen to others
* And much much more!
