Ali's Pilates offer Pilates mat work classes/one to one/private sessions.
Class numbers are limited to ensure you get the attention you need to ensure your technique is correct.
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on the core. Strengthening the deep muscles of the core which stabilize, protect and improve efficiency. A strong core can help prevent back pain, improve posture, align the body and even out any muscle imbalances. Perfect to complement any sport/gym workout. Keep you fit strong for all the stresses and strains of daily life.
There is no need to be fit or flexible before you start the class.

Please note all clients will be required to fill out a medical screening questionnaire you may be required to contact your GP for approval prior to starting an exercise class.
