About Hatha Yoga with Jon Slater
A gentle Hatha Yoga class, with an extended relaxation. This class is ideal for Beginners and Beginners plus, however everyone is welcome even if you are more experienced to Yoga practice.
Weekly we will work through traditional Hatha Yoga postures working with breath and awareness to bring about a strong, more flexible body, chilling out and relaxing as we work with the body and breath with awareness.
Monday evenings 7 to 8pm.
£7 a class.
