Children get to burn off steam, learn simple routines and have fun while their accompanying adult gets to set a good example and get fit at the same time. Classes are suitable for all adults so grandparents, carers and child minders are equally welcome.

Each class on Fridays at 11am, for 11.15am start lasts around 40-45 minutes ad is great fun, so pop along to join the fun.
