We are open to everyone and are a very friendly club. We currently have training on Monday and Wednesday evenings at "The Bield", Scout Hall, off Broomlands St, Paisley PA1 2NP.

Monday and Wednesday times are - Kids 7pm - 7.45pm, Adults and Intermediates - 8pm - 9pm and Saturdays times are 2pm all ages...

We hold regular courses with guest instructors including regular visits from the current Scottish National Kumite coach. We have Black belts all willing and able to assist members of all abilities.

Anyone interested in joining is welcome to attend a first class free of charge. We recomend loose training type clothing be worn. Joggies and a t-shirt are ideal.

If you do not leave our dojo smiling we are not doing it right!
