Renfrewshire Calisthenics is a free-to-attend club for people who wish to participate in calisthenic (bodyweight) training, through bar workouts and more.
Although there is not currently a purpose-built facility available in Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire Calisthenics was started with the view of making an application to the council to receive funding to build one in the future.
Currently workouts take place utilising the existing fitness equipment available at Barshaw Park (Paisley) on Monday's and Friday's, please feel free to pop down and speak to James, a keen beginner, who runs our webpage/blog (http://scottishcalisthenics.co.uk). This webpage will be kept updated with information regarding the project itself, as well as calisthenics and bar workouts in general - feel free to use the 'comments' section on the webpage if you would like any further information.
