Writing Lives is a writing group for those in recovery from addiction and mental health issues.
Everyone has a story to tell and Writing Lives provides a supportive and nurturing environment where you can put that story into words. Through writing we share experiences, set goals and find our way through challenging times to a clear and healthy perspective. You don't have to have written before. Writing Lives creates an opportunity to put pen to paper, as well as listen to guest speakers and attend literary events. We even have our own library.
Writing Lives meets weekly under the umbrella of the Sunshine Recovery Cafe in St Matthew's Church, Gordon Street, Paisley. Every Wednesday afternoon from 2.30-3.30. Drop in, enjoy the cafe atmosphere, and write or just listen.
