About Monthly Meditation
Monthly meditation is a relaxed, informal get together with opportunities to experience and benefit from various mindfulness practices and guided meditation journeys.
the idea is to make the practices simple to do, demystify and debunk some of the myths around meditation and mindfulness and let you find the methods of meditation that work for you.
sessions cost £5 and this also includes tea/coffee and biscuits.
