A weekly informal and friendly gathering to explore and enjoy the benefits of meditation and mindfulness practices.
Suitable for all levels from those who have never tried meditation through to those who have a regular meditation practice.
As well as the opportunity to experience a number of guided meditation journeys and everyday mindfulness activities there is time to enjoy a cuppa and a chat
