Vinyasa Yoga Class every Tuesday night in the Sherwood Greenlaw Church, Paisley. Upper Hall. 18:30-19:30.

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

The class will be suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis and yoginis.

All welcome.

Please bring with you:

A yoga mat
Something warm to put on during relaxation at the end (you may wish to bring a snuggly blanket)
A bottle of water.
Yoga blocks and strap if you have them.

Price is £5 per class.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me or I will be at the church from about 18:20 so feel free to come and pick my brain before class.
