This month's presentation is from Kayleigh Sinclair of More Than Life Coaching. Kayleigh is a Life and Wellbeing Coach with a specialism in working with and for women, and her background is in mental health nursing. She is combining this knowledge alongside personal experience, to support women to personally develop and improve the management of their mental well-being. Some key areas of her skills are - work-life balance, healthy boundaries without guilt, self-esteem, feminine leadership, emotional health and so much more. Everyone is unique, so the support More Than Life Coaching offers is tailored to individuals.

Kayleigh is part of the start up cohort at Launch-It, so it's always a pleasure to support our enthusiastic and budding entrepreneurs!
