Join our rangers and volunteers to help control the spread of Rhododendron within our woodland areas! Rhododendron is an invasive plant species that grows vigorously, shading out native plant species and ultimately degrading the biodiversity that is so important to the ecosystems within our woodlands. You?ll be helping us to find and remove the Rhododendron at predetermined sites throughout the park, contributing to an very important part of its management! Free to attend, no booking required! Just show up on the day. It is recommended that you wear long sleeved shirts and trousers. Gloves will be provided.
