We normally train Monday and Thursday evenings from 7pm at Holmpark, Bishopton, but we're running taster sessions in Renfrew and Bridge of Weir/Houston in July and August.

Come along, have fun and meet some great people. Get in touch on social media with any questions, or just drop by at a session!
