Bibliotherapy is the use of books and reading to help wellbeing and Georgina will be hosting a wonderful hour of chat on the books that you love, the books that take you to your happy place,.the books that helped you make a change or brought comfort at a tough time.
no genre or style is off limits its all about what you love already or maybe discovering a new tool to support your wellbeing and help you leave the cares of the world behind for a while
booking is recommended to guarantee a space and cost is just a respectful donation to cover tea/coffee and Georgina's time
