Learn how to use Reiki to help treat yourself, friends and family. With over 20 years experience, Adele offers regular teaching and training workshops, as well as refresher courses in Usui Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and to all levels from Reiki I through to Reiki Master/Teacher level.
A beautiful life affirming energy, Reiki works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It is a wonderful therapy that offers many benefits including helping with stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki supports your body's own natural healing abilities to work more effectively to restore health and well-being. The many benefits of giving and receiving a Reiki treatment include better sleep, feeling more relaxed, increased self-confidence, and an increased feeling of well-being.
Reiki works well with other therapies and has been seen to enhance the efficacy of other treatments. A wonderful therapy to learn and to support your own healing and offer to friends and family. Contact Adele for an informal chat to learn more or to book one of the workshops.
Workshop numbers are kept small (5-8 max) and some workshops fill up more quickly than others, so reserving a place is essential.
