There are many ways to feel good and Holistic Horizons provides the perfect introduction with many of the exhibitors providing taster sessions.

Body Work and Therapeutics can be defined as the physical manipulation of the human body i.e.: Acupuncture, massage, osteopathy, reflexology, etc. Meet the with the therapists, learn about what they do and if it is suitable for you.

The gift of giving! Retail in and of itself, is considered a therapy by many. Local businesses will be there offering Beauty Products & Giftware.

Gift vouchers for the therapies will also be available – An enjoyable and relaxing way to giving yourself a little TLC, find the perfect gift, or start your journey to holistic alternatives.
