meet me at the love St gates of fountain Gardens for a mindful meander round the park taking in the star project mini labyrinth and the beautiful sounds of the water flowing through the iconic fountain.

This will be a slow and paced stroll, with benches dotted around the park to be used at your leisure and as needed...open to all levels of fitness and walker/scooter users welcome too....its all about the mindfulness not a fitness class!!

After our wander you're welcome to join me at What if paisley ltd (just up the road in moss st) for a cuppa and a chat

free event but donations for tea/coffee and biscuits welcome
