Join The Butterfly Room for a relaxed, informal workshop session exploring mindfulness in many forms and showing how you can incorporate this simple but effective way of being into your daily life.
About Feel Good February: Everyday Mindfulness Workshop
We'll dip into what mindfulness actually is, debunk a few of the myths around it and share some fun but useful exercises to help you either refresh your existing mindfulness practices or take your first steps on your mindfulness journey.
this session costs just £10 and will include a small handout with pointers for your practice and signposts to useful resources.
