As part of feel good february i am bringing back the butterfly room's mid month meet up designed to lift you out of any slump and keep you feeling good through to the end of the month
There will be opportunities to experience a relaxing hand treatment and enjoy some mindful, motivational colouring in but the main aim is to offer a safe space to be in company, chat and have a good time along with the optional wellbeing related activities
Free to attend with donations welcome for refreshments and activities.
