About Tea And Treatments - POSTPONED
This is a community event aimed at helping local people to improve their health , enjoy a bit of pampering and self care using complementary therapies. This is being run by a few local therapists and the aim is to provide affordable treatments for the local community , while showcasing how we can help to improve their health and allowing people to ask us about the therapies we provide.
The session is starting with a mindfulness session( run by Amanda from the butterfly room) , we will have massage therapies on offer ( hand/arm, seated massage, face/scalp massage, mini facials) run by susan from susanspamperpad and lorraine from holistic hands , and we will finish with a yoga session by lynsey emery soul purpose coaching ang yoga.There will be tea,coffee and snacks on offer throughout the afternoon.
The cost is £5 ,that includes a cuppa and a treatment.
The aim of the event is to get people out of the house and allow them to try something different or new to them.
