About Music & Movement

Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 will take place from 13 to 19 May, on the theme of "Movement: Moving more for our mental health".

With Special Guests:
Graeme Duffin - Wet Wet Wet
Seonaid Aitken - Rose Room
Kerry Whitty - Young Stars Stage School

Hosted by local DJ and artist Colin Kelly, we will be exploring how music and movement can play a key role to having positive health and wellbeing. Our guests will be discussing how music and movement has played a big part in their own lives and careers. It won't all be chat - with live performances from our guests, it's set to be a magical evening for all.

Refreshments, snacks, tea, coffee and biscuits available at the bar.

We can't wait to see you all there.
