Hosted by local DJ and artist Colin Kelly, we will be exploring how music and movement can play a key role to having positive health and wellbeing. It won't all be chat - with live performances from our guests, it's set to be a magical evening for all.
Refreshments, snacks, tea, coffee and biscuits available at the bar.
We can't wait to see you all there.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
