Roulade of turkey enveloped in bacon with kilted chipolatas, roast potatoes, stuffing, and honey roasted root vegetables, seasoned sprouts, and a rich roast jus.
(V) Filo crown filled with roasted beets, cherry tomatoes & feta cheese served with roast potatoes, and honey roasted root vegetables, seasoned sprouts, and a tomato & herb coulis.
Chocolate torte with seasonal berries and a white chocolate infused crème anglaise.
