Courage group is a local charity based in Paisley and we are having a Ladies Day to raise important funds for Renfrewshire Women's Aid
We are hoping to raise awareness and break the silence on domestic abuse against woman. It is sad but true that many people reading this post will have been affected by this - a mum, friend or sister. You may not even know this is the case.
Renfrewshire Women’s Aid has been based in Paisley and for a long time has been a safe place for many local woman to reach out for help. All money raised will stay in the local area and help those in need. This help might be a listening ear, taking part in a variety of short courses they run or it might even be to provide toiletries or a safe place to stay if someone has had to leave their home quickly.
Our Ladies Day is being held on Sunday 15 September The Ugly Duck in Paisley. There will be entertainment from HavanaBlonde and a buffet included in the tickets price. We are also having a raffle - that has lots of amazing prizes donated by local businesses.
Come along…get together with friends for a great day out! Please help us raise awareness and break the silence.
