About Chris Stout & Catriona McKay
A powerhouse Scottish duo, they regularly make audiences gasp as they take your breath away with a sizzling hot, captivating brand of Celtic inspired music. The pair have performed all over the world, on stages as prestigious as Sydney Royal Opera House and Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall, and with orchestras such as the Trondheim Symphony, It’s subtle and sophisticated fare…and extraordinarily exhilarating too. They really do take your breath away!
The pair have performed, explored and sculpted their musical identities together for 17 years and won glowing accolades in the process. In one live review, The Herald described them as “operating at a rarefied level of expertise.”
