About Launch of Renfrewshire Climate Action Network
Renfrewshire Climate Hub, newly formed by Local Energy Action Plan (LEAP), are pleased to invite all social and environmental organisations in Renfrewshire, and interested members of the public, to join us at the launch of the Renfrewshire Climate Action Network on Tuesday 24th September at the Jacquard Suite, Paisley Town Hall from 9.30am - 2 pm.
Renfrewshire Climate Hub is a community-led initiative which will support the people of Renfrewshire to flourish through climate action, creating tangible outcomes for people and communities that enhance wellbeing. We are also part of the Scottish Government's national hub programme.
The day will be an opportunity to meet and connect with other organisations in Renfrewshire who are active on social and environmental issues. You will hear from the Hub about our Small Grants Program, LEAP, Sniffer, Propagate Scotland, Pachedu, Darkwood Crew, ReMode and Eadha about some current initiatives. We will explore together how we can build a network to take positive local action in Renfrewshire that promotes community wellbeing and improves our environment.
We will finish the event with a networking lunch, so please register as soon as possible to secure your space for catering purposes.
