About Yin Yoga

This style of yoga aims to help you to completely relax and connect with your breath, while removing toxins and blockages from your body.
Yin yoga is a highly accessible style of yoga. The simplicity of it may disguise its many incredible benefits but a regular practice will help you to discover them for yourself.
