In one evening, Alan will be performing all three of his acclaimed ‘one-woman shows’ - The Moira Monologues (2009), More Moira Monologues (2017) and Moira in Lockdown (2022) - about the life and times of Falkirk's hardest woman.
Single mum and cleaner, Moira Bell regales her best pal Babs with the stories of her day, in a play which Joyce McMillan in The Scotsman calls “an absolute classic of Scottish working-class comedy,” and about which The Guardian commented that, “The three shows together could have been overwhelming, but instead paint a fuller, funnier picture of this singular character." Unmissable, award-winning comedy.
