A lunchtime drop-in class focused on joint health—improving mobility, flexibility, and strength while easing pain and inflammation that can get stored in the body. A tip-to-toe renewal because… aging is normal, but growing old isn’t!
Fridays | 12:00 – 1:00 PM (from 14/03)
BODY RESET – BACK
Prolonged sitting is terrible for spinal health. So this is a lunch time drop-in class that will focus on back care. Expect precise alignment, gentle strengthening, and the use of props to help support the entire spine—releasing tension, improving posture, and bringing relief to the entire body.
Saturdays | 9:00 – 9:45 AM (from 22/03)
MIND RESET – Find Your Zen
When life feels chaotic or overwhelming, our inner world can be greatly challenged. This class is your weekly reset—a time for breathwork, stillness, meditation and quiet reflection to restore focus, clarity and calm. Step into the weekend with peace of mind, and you might even stay on for the 10:00 am yoga class afterward. The choice is yours.
