About Menopause Goals
Menopause Goals is designed to empower women aged 40+, living in the Renfrewshire area, who are experiencing menopause symptoms by providing FREE expert support and guidance.
Delivered in partnership with the Scottish FA, each session covers a different topic, aiming to equip you with the knowledge, skills, coping strategies, and techniques to manage symptoms.
