Dedicated session tailored to introduce you to rugby, ideal for starting as the beginning. Give everything a go... ask lots of questions... and let us nurture your inner rugby player. All ages and levels of fitness are catered for and you’ll finish wanting more. Just bring a friend and a water bottle.
