Inchinnan Parish Church – A Journey Through Time and Community
Explore - Our Church Sanctuary will be open from 10am to 2pm, on the 6th September 2025 welcoming all with free tours, friendly faces, and complimentary tea and coffee. Whether you're drawn to history, or simply seeking a moment of peace, there's something here for everyone.
A Bit of Fun for All Ages-Children (and playful adults) are invited to take part in our delightful mouse hunt, seeking out hidden knitted friends scattered throughout the church.
The construction of Glasgow's new airport marked a turning point for Inchinnan, resulting in the demolition of All Hallows Church. However, the spirit and heritage of All Hallows live on in our present building, whose foundation stone was laid on 19th November 1966. Designed by architects Miller and Black, who incorporated as much as possible of All Hallows in the new building , preserving history within a modern setting.
Among the treasures brought over are thirteen sculptured stones, including three from the early Celtic period, offering visitors a tangible link to the deep spiritual roots of this site. At the heart of the church lies the Sanctuary – a serene and inspiring space for worship, featuring magnificent stained-glass windows and an exquisite marble pulpit imported from Italy including a culturally significant memorial plaque.
Join Us in Worship-On Sunday, 7th September, we warmly invite you to join our Church of Scotland Worship Service at 10:45am. Everyone is welcome to participate and experience a heartfelt service in a community that celebrates both heritage and hospitality.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
