About Soulful Swim & Sauna
Join us at Inverkip beach for a guided cold water dip and sauna session with Clyde Coast Saunas. Warm up after a relaxing morning with a breakfast roll and hot drink kindly provided by McCaskie’s Butcher’s.

-This event is suitable for anyone aged 12+.
-Cold and heat therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with heart disease and/or unregulated high or low blood pressure are advised not to participate. By attending, clients confirm they are in good health, have no medical conditions that contraindicate participation, and have received prior medical approval if necessary. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any health concerns or conditions before participating.
