Krav Maga Dynamics is a self defence and fitness training provider with classes based at The Lagoon leisure centre and MMA Paisley.

Krav Maga is a fast, effective self defence system which utilises the bodies natural responses when under pressure, making it easy to learn and highly practical.

Our classes are engaging, welcoming and open to all. Plus they're a lot of fun!

Some of the subjects covered at our regular classes include

how to move quickly and effectively
being aware of your surroundings
how to strike properly
how to deal with some of the most common attacks
how to defend yourself using everyday objects
how to defend yourself while on the ground
how to deal with multiple attackers
and more!

No experience is necessary and the classes are suitable for all fitness levels, aged 16years and above.
