This class will focus on movement of the full body, strengthening the muscles, especially those deep abdominal muscles and stabilising the body. The STOTT Pilates method is a contemporary variation of the classical Pilates method by Joseph Pilates, which fixates on performing exercises safely and effectively and is highly beneficial for improving your posture, flexibility, alignment and awareness of the body.
