A safe, nurturing environment in which women can practice yoga and learn about its many benefits. It offers an opportunity to meet other women and build a support network as you pass through key stages in your life.

Classes are suitable through pregnancy, with baby and beyond, and are adapted to suit ability and encourage self love.

No other class offers all of this, just for women, through all life stages, with something just a little more special!

My classes are relaxed, friendly classes, a chance to be active, but also be part of a special community of women.
