The un-pinndownable musical force known as Amanda F*cking Palmer (Dresden Dolls, Eveyln Evelyn) returns to the Fringe, this time armed with only a piano and a ukulele. Palmer's shows are a combination of uplifting, humorous and tear-jerking, often all in the same song.

2-for-1 tickets to Edinburgh Summer Sessions
Edinburgh Summer sessions is a bespoke version of its sister event Glasgow Summer Sessions. The shows will take place at the Ross Bandstand, in front of the breath-taking backdrop of Edinburgh Castle - providing a brand new music strand to the Edinburgh Fringe.

2-for-1 tickets to Glasgow Summer Sessions
Kings of Leon will return to Glasgow Summer Sessions, following their sold-out performance in 2013 in the festival's debut year. It will be the multi-platinum band's only Scottish date this year, and The Wombats will join Kings of Leon, for a rock-fused festival atmosphere on Wednesday 22nd August.
The incredible Catfish and the Bottlemen will headline the festival on Saturday 25th August, for their only Scottish show of the summer. Glaswegian rockers Twin Atlantic will join them, along with DMA'S, Peace and Neon Waltz.
Hip-hop superstars N.E.R.D. have been announced as main support for Kendrick Lamar on Wednesday 29th August, with the Manchester wordsmith Bugzy Malone also joining the bill.
