Starting outside University of West Scotland's main entrance on Paisley High Street.
People are encouraged to bring placards and banners to carry during the march down Paisley High Street. It will end at Dunn Square, where a memorial will be held to remember the lives lost to violence.
A wreath made by the Paisley Soroptimists will be laid by Renfrewshire's Provost Lorraine Cameron, along with a short speech.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a slice of cake will be available in the Wynd Centre after the event.
