Explore the Wonderful Wetlands at Lochwinnoch! Join our experienced warden for a guided walk through the beautiful wetlands of Lochwinnoch!
This is a fantastic opportunity to delve into the natural wonders of the reserve and observe the diverse wildlife that calls this area home. Our knowledgeable team will lead you on a journey through the reserve, pointing out interesting wildlife and providing insights into their habitats and behaviours.
Whether you're a seasoned birdwatcher or just getting started, this walk will enhance your wildlife watching skills.
You don't even need your own binoculars as these can be hired from the shop.
Essential Information:
Under 18's: Must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Footwear and Clothing: Stout footwear and clothing suitable for the Scottish outdoors are strongly recommended. Unsuitably attired individuals may not be permitted to join the walk.
Walk Details: The walk will adhere to reserve trails and public footpaths, with variations in length depending on the chosen route and weather conditions. The total distance will not exceed 2.5 miles. Attendees must come suitably attired for the weather and wearing appropriate footwear. Unsuitably attired people may not be permitted to go on the walk.
Booking: Online booking is essential to secure your spot on the walk. Prepare for an enriching experience amidst the scenic beauty of Lochwinnoch’s wetlands! We look forward to welcoming you!
