Offering dance and seated exercise to everyone in the Renfrewshire area.

Fun & Sociable Exercise for All!

Everyone deserves the opportunity to dance, regardless of age and ability.

StrictlyTAPDance & TAPfit offers affordable and enjoyable dance sessions for all, including TAPfit and dance classes in a variety of settings from care homes, Community, to your own home.

All TAPfit classes are Pay As You Go. As studio class numbers are limited, booking is required.

Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
