This Feel-Good Workshop will be led by Becky Duncan of Open Aye (OpenAye.co.uk)
Becky has training in participatory facilitation, forest bathing and is a professional photographer. Becky has been running similar Wellbeing Of the Woods photo walk sessions for Scottish Forestry for a number of years and participants regularly report enhanced wellbeing after the workshops.
During the event participants will be led on a guided walk and invited to participate in set photo activities which may include experimenting with tips and techniques for taking better pics and tasks that encourage creativity in nature.
Participants may use any type of camera, from mobile phones, to SLRs, whatever they feel comfortable with. All abilities are welcome and everyone will gain something from the experience.
Participants must be 18 or over or accompanied by a paying adult over 18
